We are looking for an excellent communicator who will be able to assist our customers with technical problems when using our product, resolve customer queries, recommend solutions and guide product users through features and functionalities.
Job responsibilities (optional)
- Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

- Higher education
- Computer knowledge - MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Customer orientation and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
