Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using armenianjobs.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

armenianjobs.com is an online job board and recruitment platform connecting job seekers and employers. We provide a marketplace for posting and finding job opportunities; we are not an employment agency and are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers or applications submitted by job seekers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform

Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent

Employers must be authorized to represent their organization and post job listings

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@armenianjobs.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

You represent that all information in your profile and resume is accurate and truthful

You may only apply for positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for

You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications

You acknowledge that employers, not armenianjobs.com, make all hiring decisions

5. Employer Responsibilities

You represent that all job listings are for real, legitimate positions

Job listings must comply with applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws

You must not post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings

You must handle job seeker personal data (resumes, contact info) in accordance with applicable privacy laws

You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions and employment practices

Paid listings are subject to our fee schedule and refund policy (see Section 9)

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content

Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user

Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform without our written permission

Use the Platform to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages

Attempt to circumvent any security measure or gain unauthorized access

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

Post content that infringes any intellectual property right

Upload viruses or malicious code

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job listings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant armenianjobs.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to armenianjobs.com and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Payments and Refunds

Employers may pay for job posting credits, premium listings, or other features

All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers

Job posting fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published, unless the posting was rejected due to our error

We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days' notice

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any job listings or user profiles. We are not responsible for the conduct of any employer or job seeker.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARMENIANJOBS.COM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless armenianjobs.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@armenianjobs.com.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
