Job Overview:
OLYMP Fight Club, Aram Grigorian's team, is hiring a full-time Operations Manager. OLYMP is a fast-growing martial arts organization with locations in Glendale, North Hollywood, Granada Hills, Santa Clarita, and Tujunga, and it plans to keep expanding. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and several areas of the business
- Drive sales and communicate with customers
- Take part in business meetings and negotiations
- Handle administrative work and organize tasks
- Solve problems and make responsible decisions
- Work with clients, coaches, management, and business partners
Requirements:
- Languages: Armenian, English, and Russian
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, disciplined, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Leadership mentality and strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable with meetings, negotiations, and professional communication
- Able to solve problems, take initiative, and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in management, sales, customer service, or administration preferred
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $4,000/month + bonuses
