Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Deliver swimming lessons to children in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
Teach fundamental swimming techniques and water safety skills.
Foster student confidence while supporting individual learning and skill development.
Ensure compliance with all pool safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and team members.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 17 years of age or older.

Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
Enjoys working with children in a positive learning environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Swimming experience is preferred but not mandatory.
