Position Overview

Previous swimming or instructional experience is an asset; however, comprehensive training is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver swimming lessons to children in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
- Teach fundamental swimming techniques and water safety skills.
- Foster student confidence while supporting individual learning and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with all pool safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and team members.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Open to male and female applicants.
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
- Enjoys working with children in a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Swimming experience is preferred but not mandatory.
