Job Description
A wound care office is seeking a professional, motivated, and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic wounds.
- Perform wound debridement, if qualified.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and treatment.
