Job Overview:
An adult day health care center in Arcadia is looking for a Farsi-speaking social worker. The social worker provides social services and support to participants and their families to promote emotional well-being, independence, and access to needed resources.
Responsibilities:
- Psychosocial assessments
- Care planning
- Counseling and resource coordination
- Documentation and advocacy
Requirements:
- Farsi-speaking
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW) preferred, or a bachelor’s in social work with at least 2 years of experience
- Available in person Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (in person)
