A Christian family with three children (ages 2, 5, and 8) is seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Part-Time Babysitter / Childcare Provider. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, actively participates in age-appropriate activities, and supports a structured, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision for three children.
- Engage children in interactive activities, including play, reading, crafts, educational activities, conversation, and outdoor play.
- Prepare simple meals and snacks.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including washing dishes, tidying common areas, and laundry.
- Help maintain daily routines and a consistent, structured environment.
- Transition from guided training to independently providing childcare as familiarity with the family's routines develops.
Qualifications
- Previous childcare experience preferred.
- Non-smoker required.
- Warm, dependable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to establish consistent, respectful boundaries while creating a positive and engaging environment for children.
- Enjoys actively interacting with children rather than providing passive supervision.
